- Our unique high-performance composite surface treatment combines the high hardness, wear resistance, and electrical conductivity of hard chrome plating with the non-stick properties, lubricity, low friction, and release properties of fluororesin. - Tef-Lock α maintains a stable surface without decomposition of the resin component even in high-temperature environments of 300°C, demonstrating excellent durability (conventional Tef-Lock has a heat resistance temperature of around 250°C). - In friction tests at high temperatures of 300°C, Tef-Lock α shows 2.4 times the durability of conventional Tef-Lock and approximately 7 times the durability compared to typical nickel plating combined with fluororesin.
