The durability and heat resistance of non-stick, high-release plating Tef-Lock have been significantly improved, making it possible to use it at 300℃!
- Our unique high-performance composite surface treatment combines the high hardness, wear resistance, and electrical conductivity of hard chrome plating with the non-stick properties, lubricity, low friction, and release properties of fluororesin. - Tef-Lock α maintains a stable surface without decomposition of the resin component even in high-temperature environments of 300°C, demonstrating excellent durability (conventional Tef-Lock has a heat resistance temperature of around 250°C). - In friction tests at high temperatures of 300°C, Tef-Lock α shows 2.4 times the durability of conventional Tef-Lock and approximately 7 times the durability compared to typical nickel plating combined with fluororesin.

- The base is chrome-plated, resulting in a hardness of approximately HV 800 to 850. - Like regular chrome plating, it can be stripped and reprocessed. - It can be applied to a wide range of metal materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, copper alloys, and nickel.

We have been adopted in high-temperature applications such as engineering plastic molding molds, molds for solder casting, as well as non-woven fabric guides and paper guides used in harsh friction environments, and in all cases, we have achieved better results than conventional products. There is potential for use even under conditions where traditional Teflon or fluorine coatings could not be used due to temperature issues. Please feel free to consult us if you want to achieve a longer lifespan than conventional Teflon.
