It is a material with high thermal conductivity in the vertical direction, suitable for electronic devices and automotive parts!
TIM materials (thermal interface materials, thermal conductive sheets, thermal conductive rubber) have high thermal conductivity in the vertical direction (thickness direction), filling gaps between different materials and serving the roles of thermal conduction and cushioning. For example, in thermal management using heat dissipation components like heat sinks, gaps occur due to the unevenness between the heat-generating element and the heat sink. By filling these gaps with thermal conductive sheets, smooth heat diffusion can be achieved. Showa is capable of processing such materials. Please inquire about sizes and shapes. 【Features】 ■ High thermal conductivity in the vertical direction (thickness direction) ■ Serves the roles of thermal conduction and cushioning ■ Often used in areas requiring conformability, but the softness increases processing difficulty ■ Capable of mass production *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Showa Corporation is a company that develops various businesses, including resin washers, heat dissipation component processing, and special molding processing. In particular, regarding resin washers, which have been processed since the company's founding, we have approximately 800 molds in-house. If we have the desired size or a similar size in our molds, there is no mold cost. We can handle processing from prototypes of a single product to mass production of hundreds of thousands of units. We also have machines such as plotters and super cutters that can process without initial costs, and we can propose processing methods and materials according to customer requests. As part of our BCP response and technology development, we have newly established Showa R&D Center Co., Ltd. in Okayama Prefecture. We will continue to leverage the experience and know-how we have cultivated to challenge new processing and fields.
