By replacing the conventional cutting process of the 'ladder' with laser processing, we simultaneously set the positioning for welding, enabling welding with a simple jig. This process has achieved cost reduction and efficient joining compared to the conventional method, eliminating the need for dedicated positioning jigs. We have received positive feedback for reducing cumbersome processes. Our 3D laser processing can widely accommodate products with structures that were previously impossible. The ability to prototype multiple times in a short period significantly shortens the development time.
