The product required was of a length that could not be accommodated by conventional press molds, and they were looking for technology that could provide flexible responses without being constrained by fixed standards, as well as precise hole processing. Our 3D laser processing does not require molds, allowing us to widely accommodate products with structures and lengths that were previously impossible. Since we can prototype multiple times in a short period, the development time is significantly reduced. Additionally, because molds are not needed, we contribute to cost reduction and can keep initial investments low.
