Sakai Steel Pipe specializes in 3D laser processing of steel pipes and shaped copper, and we have enhanced our equipment and systems to accommodate various materials, shapes, and sizes. Here, we would like to introduce some examples of the processing we have handled. Traditionally, when welding "pipe legs," each of the three divided pipes was fixed to a jig for welding. However, by incorporating "notches," we made bending possible. As a result, we achieved simplification of the welding jig and reduction of the welding area. Our 3D laser processing can widely accommodate products with structures that were previously impossible. Since we can prototype multiple times in a short period, the development time is significantly shortened.
