Our company's core wire winding machine is a device that binds the core with thin iron wire instead of using a brazing jig. By using a tensioned thin wire, the need for cleaning and maintenance of bulky brazing jigs is eliminated, allowing for more effective use of available space in the factory. Additionally, the absence of burn marks from brazing jigs improves the appearance. The advantages of brazing with wire include a reduction in the amount of oxygen brought into the NB furnace compared to using jigs, which also extends the lifespan of the mesh belt, thereby increasing brazing efficiency. Furthermore, heating the wire requires less energy than heating the jig, resulting in lower energy costs for the furnace. Our equipment features servo control for core compression and wire chucking, and with a touch panel for vehicle type changeovers and jig replacements in just a few minutes, work efficiency is also improved.
