A highly sensitive light measurement device capable of detecting ultraviolet to infrared light at the level of 1 photon.
The "QP-101N" is a photon-level light emission and fluorescence measurement device that uses a photomultiplier tube with a wavelength sensitivity ranging from 185nm to 900nm, including the infrared region. By electronically cooling the photomultiplier tube with a Peltier element that is air-cooled, we have successfully reduced the Dark Counts from the conventional 300 counts per second to 20 counts per second.
