The "ALT5000" is a super-fast LED taping machine that performs electrical characteristic tests on LEDs supplied from a parts feeder on a turntable and aligns them in the same direction. The table diameter is φ160 (with a total of 24 stations), and the insertion tact is 5630, with a size of 50 msec (1,200 pieces per minute).
