The "ALT5000" is a super-fast LED taping machine that conducts electrical characteristic tests on LEDs supplied by a parts feeder on a turntable and aligns them in the same direction. The aligned LEDs are transferred to a carrier tape on the taping rail, and after image processing inspection, a cover tape is heat-sealed.
