The "KR-2H Series" is a mold temperature control device that uses an SSC (solid-state relay) for the heater relay, allowing for high-precision temperature regulation. In the event of a malfunction or parts replacement, the process is simple. For example, when replacing the heater, it can be done without draining the medium (oil) from the tank, preventing any mess in the factory. 【Features (Safety System)】 ■ All models are equipped with a leakage breaker for safety. ■ A 99-hour timer function is incorporated to reduce preparation time for work after holidays, etc. ■ Safety devices include dry-run prevention (if the medium in the tank is insufficient), overheating prevention thermostat (power cutoff method - if the maximum operating temperature of the device is exceeded), and pump motor reverse rotation prevention (the device will not operate if the power is connected in reverse phase).
