Hot air heater with K-type thermocouple temperature sensor. New controller added. Simultaneous setting of hot air temperature and hot air flow rate for two sets!
The "SJD Series (Super Jet Heat)" is a hot air heater that features a high-density Hanamaki heating element made from Fe-Cr-Al alloy electric heating wires, arranged inside a quartz tube, through which compressed air is passed for heating. By using an ultra-high-density heating element, it achieves lightweight and ultra-compact design. A temperature sensor is standard equipment (without a sensor is optional). Simple Controller It is easy to adjust the heater's temperature by connecting the power supply (AC100V/200V) and the heater and simply adjusting the knob. 【Features】 ■ Lightweight and ultra-compact ■ Equipped with a monitoring hole ■ Five selectable tip shapes Digital Integrated Controller 【Features】 ■ Stops voltage application to the heater in case of air stoppage troubles ■ Both temperature and flow rate can be set digitally *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Nihon Seiki began manufacturing and selling pneumatic equipment in 1955. In addition to pneumatic cylinders, pneumatic pressure regulators and conditioning equipment, and compressed air dehumidifiers, they also manufacture and sell nitrogen gas generators and cold air generators as applications for compressed air. They are active in a wide range of industries, including industrial machinery, the medical industry, the shipping industry, and the vacuum industry, and for about 60 years, they have continued to meet the advanced demands of their customers under the motto of "practicing sincerity," consistently creating unique pneumatic equipment. Their products can be broadly classified into three main categories: drive and control equipment, dehumidifying devices, and pneumatic application equipment. Currently, regardless of traditional products, technologies, and sales channels, they are actively engaged in product development aimed at further expanding the field of pneumatic application equipment, driven by the concept of "new."
