In just one year since implementation, we operated 34 scenarios! Here is a case study that successfully achieved a reduction of 1,000 hours.

At Chip One Stop, we were handling about 300 simple tasks a day, which took about 1 to 2 hours daily, and there were voices within the company expressing the need to automate the ordering process. The introduction of our RPA tool, 'EzAvatar', by the IT department prompted us to conduct a trial. We intuitively translated our regular tasks into scenarios. During the trial, we felt a positive response towards automating the task of price corrections, and we identified over 50 tasks, with more than half appearing to be automatable, leading to the decision to implement the system. As a result, we achieved an annual time savings of 1,000 hours with 34 scenarios.
