[EzAvater Implementation Case] Takayama City Hall

What we seek is "something that is easy to explain to others." A case study of solving labor-intensive tasks through the use of RPA.

At Takayama City Hall, due to various circumstances such as network configuration and close collaboration between multiple departments, there are many labor-intensive tasks, and we wanted to improve efficiency by utilizing RPA and other tools. Additionally, RPA that can only be handled by specific individuals is not suitable for city operations, making it important for the operation methods to be "easy to explain to others." Therefore, we introduced our RPA tool "EzAvater." After the implementation, the burden and human errors were reduced, and automation allowed us to spend more time on other creative tasks.
