At Design Phil, the initially introduced RPA did not go well, and there were many opposing opinions about RPA, fueled by a fear that their jobs would be taken away. To transform the resistance to RPA into anticipation, we felt it was important to "start small," "let the field see it in action," and "create symbolic achievements." Therefore, we introduced our RPA tool 'EzAvater,' which can realize these three points.
