**Features** ■ Composite Fuse <Fast-Acting> - The electrical conduction part and the mechanical structural strength are separated, so there is no decrease in mechanical strength due to temperature rise during current conduction in use. - High reliability with no phenomenon of natural melting due to metal degradation in long-term high-temperature conditions. - The melting characteristics are in the intermediate range between tension fuses and time-lag fuses, with some delay characteristics. - No melting occurs due to specified motor starting current and excitation inrush current. ■ Tension Fuse <Fast-Acting> - Fast-acting fuse used for protecting against short circuits on the secondary side of transformers. - Melting characteristics are provided by the material, linearity, and length of the fuse element. ■ Time-Lag Fuse <Slow-Acting> - Besides protecting against short circuits on the secondary side of transformers, it also has overload protection characteristics. - Has delay characteristics in the high current range. - Difficult to melt under motor starting current or transformer excitation inrush current. - Melts due to the heating of the resistance wire at low currents, dissolving low-melting alloys. - Melts at high currents through the resistance wire. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
