On August 3, 2020, the European Commission announced the addition of diisocyanates (abbreviated as MDI) to the list of restricted substances (REACH Entry 74). As a result, starting from August 24, 2023, in Europe, it will be necessary to use adhesives with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1% or to comply with REACH regulations when using adhesives containing 0.1% or more MDI. We offer polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesives (PUR-HM) with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1% in accordance with REACH Entry 74, tailored for various applications. You can select the initial strength and open time according to the equipment used, such as PUR-HM for sheet wrapping, PUR-HM for roll coating, and PUR-HM for edge banding.
