Standardizing JIS Class 0 ground spiral bevel gears. The material used is SCM415, with the tooth part subjected to carburizing and quenching, achieving high strength, high precision, durability, and the highest level of quietness perfected by KHK technology. With the introduction of the state-of-the-art grinding machine 280HG and the gear measuring machine 350GMS, we can now process high-precision ground spiral bevel gears in a short time by combining a three-dimensional measuring machine and a tooth surface grinding machine. Carburization prevention is applied to all parts except the tooth section, and all machining reference surfaces are finished with polishing for easy centering and precision maintenance. The outer end tooth tip diameter is flattened for easier chucking, ensuring stable additional machining accuracy. We have an immediate delivery system for stock products ranging from module 2 to 4, and we can also accommodate custom gears outside of standard specifications. These gears can be widely used as components in high-speed rotating parts of machine tools, precision feeding mechanisms, and robot joints.
