A must-see for those struggling with welding processing of copper and SUS!
Our company has installed fiber laser welding, which enables welding of materials with different melting points that were difficult to process with conventional welding techniques. If you want to replace copper pipes with stainless steel pipes, such as in air purifiers or water heaters, you may need to join copper and stainless steel pipes. We can perform welding of dissimilar materials while maintaining processing accuracy and quality. It depends on the thickness and shape of both materials, but please feel free to consult us first.

basic information
【About Fiber Laser Welding】 Fiber laser welding enables high-quality welding with deeper penetration compared to TIG, and less burn and distortion, due to non-contact processing, localized heating, small beam diameter, and energy density. Processing with continuous wave (CW) achieves airtight and smooth welds. Additionally, with NC automatic focus control, a wide range of processing is possible, from aesthetically focused welding to strength-oriented deep penetration welding.

The sheet metal division of Pressio Co., Ltd. has extensive processing experience in relatively large-sized sheet metal fabrication, including control panel enclosures for plant factories, machine tools, and logistics warehouses, as well as transport carts, frames, and console desks. With the introduction of fiber laser welding robots, we are now capable of welding thin plates, aluminum materials, and dissimilar materials. In addition to aluminum, we also handle sheet metal processing for materials such as SPHC, SPCC, SECC, SUS, ZAM, and copper. Furthermore, for precision sheet metal parts, we can provide inspection reports measured with a three-dimensional measuring machine with an accuracy of 1/1000 upon request. We can accommodate not only large lots but also small lots and one-off items. From precision sheet metal parts to large-sized sheet metal processing, we believe we can meet the sheet metal processing needs of customers across a wide range of fields. If you have any inquiries regarding sheet metal processing, please feel free to contact us.
