The "KSXC Series" is an inspection system for solar cells suitable for research and development evaluation of crystalline silicon-based PV cells, as well as for automatic IV measurement and classification in mass production lines. Developed in collaboration with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), it incorporates an IV tester compatible with the KOPEL Method. It is capable of accurately measuring IV characteristics with a single short pulse irradiation, even for high-efficiency solar cells.
