You can also use our services for screening beneficial microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria and yeasts. For the isolation of microorganisms present in special environments (such as sulfate-reducing bacteria and iron-oxidizing bacteria), please contact us separately. You can specify the culture conditions (aerobic, anaerobic, high temperature, low temperature, etc.) and target microorganisms such as spore-forming bacteria, E. coli, lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid bacteria, and actinomycetes to isolate the desired strains. The isolated and separated microbial colonies can be preserved as pure cultures, and identification tests can be conducted as an additional service (additional fees apply).
