Observations are conducted using Gram staining and unstained methods (such as differential interference observation), referencing sewage testing methods (2012 edition) and ASTM D932-20 (2020). Microscopic observation of iron bacteria in accordance with the international standard ASTM International's "Standard Test Method for Iron Bacteria in Water and Water-Formed Deposits (D932-20 (2020))" is also available. 【Iron Bacteria】 A group of bacteria that have the ability to oxidize dissolved iron and dissolved manganese in water, depositing them both inside and outside their cells, are referred to as iron bacteria.
