Additionally, there is a method of adding bentonite as a water-absorbing agent to absorb the moisture from the turbid water before transporting the sediment, but this can cause dust to scatter during the addition process, potentially leading to complaints from nearby residents depending on the construction area. To address and prevent these issues, our company has developed a water-absorbing agent for excavation mud used in pole construction called "Doro Ukeru." By adding this product to construction sludge and mixing it with an auger, it can absorb the moisture from the muddy water (mud) and solidify within minutes. This allows for the easy lifting of mud that could only be removed by pumps or manual labor, and it keeps the sludge in a loose state, significantly reducing the likelihood of muddying the site. "Doro Ukeru" enables a substantial increase in efficiency for pole construction work.

Detailed information

1. Add "Doro Unberu" to muddy water (soil) - Please pour about 1/5 of this product into the area where water is bubbling in the excavation hole. *Since it solidifies with a small amount, do not pour in a large quantity at once.

2. Mixing - Please mix the muddy water (mud) with this product using a rake or shovel. - It will react with moisture and begin to solidify.

*If it does not solidify - If there is a lot of muddy water (mud), after stirring, continue to add and stir in increments of 1/5 while observing the reaction until it solidifies.

3. Solidification and Extraction - Once it has solidified to the extent that it can be pulled up by the auger, please withdraw the auger. - Please scrape off the mud attached to the auger with a shovel or similar tool. - Repeat the above steps until the target depth is reached.
