[New Product] Coating-type adsorbent/getter that adsorbs both hydrogen and moisture.
ZeDry/H2 is a high-capacity, solvent-free, thermosetting dispenser-type getter for hydrogen and moisture. It is designed for semi-hermetic packages of optoelectronic devices, microelectronics device packages, and optical/electronic modules. ZeDry/H2 functions as a reversible getter for moisture. (Even after saturation due to atmospheric exposure, it is possible to recover the adsorption capacity through heating. However, recovery of adsorption capacity for hydrogen is not possible, but the partial pressure of hydrogen in the atmosphere near the surface is extremely low, so the decrease in hydrogen adsorption capacity due to atmospheric exposure can be ignored.) Additionally, bleed to the coated surface is minimized. 【Features】 〇 High hydrogen and moisture adsorption capacity 〇 Reversible adsorption: Moisture (even after saturation due to atmospheric exposure, moisture adsorption capacity can be regenerated through heating) 〇 Irreversible adsorption: Hydrogen (the partial pressure of hydrogen in the atmosphere near the surface is extremely low, so the decrease in hydrogen adsorption capacity due to atmospheric exposure can be ignored.) 〇 Thermosetting type 〇 Solvent-free, epoxy-based 〇 Extremely low outgassing 〇 Low bleed 〇 No powder shedding

The "Saes Getters Group," a global pioneer in getter technology, has been providing solutions for various applications, such as high and ultra-high vacuum environments and the deposition of pure metals, since its founding in the 1940s (including gas/moisture adsorbents, mercury/alkali metal deposition sources, etc.). Additionally, the company has actively invested in research and development, and since 2004, it has expanded its business into the Nitinol market. The superelastic properties of Nitinol are applied in medical devices, while its shape memory characteristics are utilized in industrial and household electrical appliances.
