One of the quality requirements for household refrigerator compressors is "quietness." The abnormal noise and vibration inspection conducted during the production line is not easily detectable with conventional FFT judgment devices due to surrounding noise and vibrations from manufacturing equipment. By using PJ-FFT (Point Joint FFT), which can determine instantaneous signal changes with a very short FFT window of a few milliseconds, automatic judgment becomes possible. There is also a function (optional) that not only determines OK/NG but also displays the cause of NG. This allows for logical derivation of detected NG data based on the frequency bands and combinations of counts when an NG judgment is made, enabling the specific display of the cause if it has already been identified.
