【System Configuration】 ■ Sensors are fixed at five locations: right head, right block, left head, left block, and chain of the engine. ■ The engine is operated, and vibration signals are detected from the sensors. ■ The signals are amplified by a charge amplifier and then input to an A/D converter through a low-pass filter. ■ The sound and vibration analysis software captures and analyzes sound and vibration data based on pre-set test patterns, notifying the results to a human and saving them on a computer. ■ Up to 16 bands can be set, with judgment items such as the number of levels (patented) for each band, as well as maximum, minimum, average values, and standard deviation. ■ There are functions for saving measurement results, searching, statistics, and printing, and test data for all shipped engines is stored. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
