The automated warehouse AS/RS peripheral system uses small mini-loads for boxes and cardboard, as well as unit loads for pallets. By adopting a three-dimensional temporary storage design, space within the warehouse has been reduced. Along with the surrounding transportation system, personnel transport and recording time can be efficiently saved, and the goals of automation can also be effectively achieved. The peripheral system includes a combination of roller conveyor equipment and an elevating mechanism equipped with AS/RS, which supports outbound/inbound operations. It features a transfer device for changing transportation directions, an automatic weighing induction unit mechanism, and the application of barcodes for data reading. Information for each box and pallet is automatically read, and through the combination of PLC and IPC, inbound and outbound information is accurately recorded. Displays are installed at each station to show product information for inbound and outbound goods.
