We are capable of manufacturing scroll components through cutting processes. We also handle micron-order manufacturing and inspection! Involute measurements are conducted in-house as well! At U Corporation, we not only perform cutting processes for various aluminum types such as A5052, A5056, A4032, A6061, A6063, A2017, and A7075, but we also have extensive experience in machining and lathe processing of copper, stainless steel, and difficult-to-machine metals like titanium, Inconel, Kovar, and Super Invar using highly precise machines and skilled techniques. Additionally, we are equipped with numerous 5-axis machining centers and multi-tasking lathes, allowing us to handle multi-faceted shapes, complex geometries, and curved shapes with high precision and speed! We can also process various resins such as ABS and POM entirely in our own factory. With approximately 100 machining machines at our disposal, we can flexibly accommodate urgent and short delivery projects. We are also capable of processing super engineering plastics like PPS, PEEK, and PTFE.
