We are capable of manufacturing scroll components through cutting processes. We also handle micron-order manufacturing and inspection! Involute measurements are conducted in-house as well! At U Corporation, we not only perform cutting processes for various aluminum types such as A5052, A5056, A4032, A6061, A6063, A2017, and A7075, but we also have extensive experience in machining and lathe processing of copper, stainless steel, and difficult-to-machine metals like titanium, Inconel, Kovar, and Super Invar using highly precise machines and skilled techniques. The "Mechanical Stitching Method" by Nichinichisui Road Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new technique that allows for the repair of metal cracks without the application of heat.
