This is a press cutting process for a thick plate of S45C with a thickness of 7.0 mm. It is a single-step processing operation. The inner and outer diameters are cut in one process.
This is a press cutting process for a thick plate of S45C with a thickness of 7.0 mm. It is a single-step process for cutting. After cutting the inner and outer diameters in one step, the outer diameter is then notched. Both the shear surface intersection and the notch intersection are strict, making it a project prone to mold troubles, but we are mass-producing it. Since we are using compound processing, we achieve excellent flatness even without a flat pressing process. Our company mainly procures special steels like C45C, as well as ordinary steels such as S55C, SK materials, SCM materials, SS materials, SPHC, and SPC. We also support the issuance of mill sheets and procurement from materials.
