We specialize in press cutting processing mainly for thick plates of special steel such as S45C. We can handle plate thicknesses of t12 and outer diameters of approximately 200 mm in a progressive manner.

Our company specializes in press cutting processing of thick plates in Sakai City, Osaka. We have experience with plate thicknesses ranging from t1.0 to t10.0 and outer diameters of approximately 200 mm. We are particularly skilled in progressive cutting processing of thick plates from t6.0 and above. We have one 500-ton press and two 150-ton presses, along with a press line equipped with a zigzag leveler, allowing us to offer cost advantages through improved yield and automation for mass production press cutting processing. In addition to press-processed products, we also have experience providing work for cold forging and machining, and we welcome inquiries about transitioning from other processing methods.
