Inverter for motor control for hybrid and large electric vehicles, compatible with high voltages up to 750V, has a proven track record in European city buses for many years.
The ACH high-voltage motor controller has been developed for large hybrid and electric vehicles. The adaptable voltage ranges from 100 V to 750 V, with a continuous output level of up to 300 kVA. It is designed to withstand over 60,000 hours of operation, making it an ideal controller for both industrial and general vehicles. Based on the long-standing market performance of the first generation, high quality and reliability are built into the manufacturing process as well as from the design stage. • Robust design with an IP6K9K protection rating • Supports four-quadrant operation for both synchronous and asynchronous AC motors. Control modes include speed control, torque control, and DC voltage control mode • Software development process complies with Automotive SPICE • CAN communication supports J1939 and/or CANopen, allowing for diagnostics and software downloads • Continuous output of up to 300 kVA, suitable for both hybrid and fully electric vehicles • Applicable nominal voltages are 350 V or 650 V, with operating DC bus voltages ranging from 100 to 750 V • Liquid (WEG) cooling system

Detailed information
-
When combined with the TSS214 series manufactured by our group company Shabumura, it becomes a driving system for large electric vehicles. We will support motor control based on our many years of know-how.
-
ACH has been used for urban buses running in various European cities for many years. In recent years, it has also been used for trucks and special vehicles.
-
We also have a track record with large vehicles such as container handling trucks.
-
In recent years, the electrification of construction machinery and agricultural machinery has finally accelerated, and the use of ACH is increasing.

Brochure "Structure and Components of EVs" The electrification of various vehicles is currently advancing at a rapid pace. Inmotion provides a clear explanation of the basics of EVs based on years of experience. This brochure is perfect for those who are thinking, "I want to consider electrification, but what exactly is an electric vehicle?" or for those who want to gather information as a starting point for electrification. We are giving it away to everyone who contacts us.
