Aoi Co., Ltd., based in Okinawa, operates a total of 9 teppanyaki steak restaurants, including locations in Tokyo and Osaka. In 2015, with the reconstruction of the headquarters, we introduced the Halton ventilation ceiling system at our main store in Higashimachi, Okinawa. The ventilation ceiling system has received positive feedback from customers, as it prevents the smell of steak from clinging to clothes even when dining at the teppanyaki table. Without a ventilation hood, the space feels more expansive, making the interior seem larger.
