Case Study of Ventilation Ceiling System: Daiichi Sankyo Shinagawa Research and Development Center Employee Cafeteria
Balancing safety and work efficiency! Introducing a case study of implementation in a kitchen where work concentrates during lunch hours.
At the Daiichi Sankyo Shinagawa Research and Development Center's employee cafeteria, Halton's "Capture Jet Hood" has been adopted. A total of eight units of this product are installed in the serving line and main kitchen, effectively capturing exhaust from large kitchen equipment such as multi-tier rice cookers and tilting kettles in the main kitchen's back area. This time, we equipped the capture bar under the grease filter as an option, which is not included as standard. This system places capture jets at key points to prevent exhaust from leaking into the dining area, especially in open kitchens, thereby reducing repair leaks. [Installed Product] ■ Capture Jet Hood - Improves the working environment by supplying conditioned air to the work position - High capture efficiency allows for a reduction in exhaust airflow.
