To sort raw materials and foreign substances using wind power, it was necessary to change the amount of air blown based on the weight of the raw materials. Therefore, to create a difference in the internal airflow of a single wind sorting machine, we implemented a double fan instead of a single fan, which allowed us to generate airflow with different characteristics within one machine. Previously, foreign substance removal was done manually, but with this method, only the final confirmation sorting requires manual labor, resulting in a foreign substance removal rate of over 98%.
