The HVLS large ceiling fan NATURE-FANS2 has become maintenance-free with a PMSM motor (permanent magnet synchronous motor) specification. It is a motor developed specifically for fans, providing exceptional durability. The weight has been reduced to 108 kg for the maximum diameter of 7.3 m, which is lighter than the old model, thereby reducing stress on the structure. The motor noise is also a maximum of 39 dB, making it almost inaudible from the ceiling. Our original specifications have been improved over the course of a year in collaboration with the manufacturer for the Japanese market. It can be used year-round for heatstroke prevention, condensation prevention, energy saving, and virus countermeasures through ventilation. We constantly pursue product quality, and the installation is entrusted to a single contractor with whom we have a contract, ensuring that we take responsibility for the sales, including installation. The control box is a collaborative development between the world-renowned Danish company DANFOSS, specializing in synchronous motors, and a Chinese manufacturer. The speed of the blades can be adjusted continuously.

The motor is specially developed for fans and has excellent durability. It is compliant with IP55. The size of the motor varies according to the diameter of the blades. It is the optimal motor for fan use.

The blades adopt a cross-sectional shape similar to that of an aircraft wing, applying fluid dynamics. Instead of air resistance like a fan blade, they generate airflow through the reaction force of lift created by the pressure difference above and below the blades. The wind from the ceiling becomes a downward airflow, and the airflow that reaches the floor turns into horizontal wind, eventually warming the air and becoming an upward airflow that returns to the fan.
