A porous cast iron rusk with vibration damping performance comparable to rubber is coated with hard polyurethane resin to adapt to the usage environment. Since it is a sheet material, it can be processed into various flat shapes, allowing for vibration isolation of machines and components, vibration damping when fixing machines to floors and walls, securing pipes and gaskets, and vibration isolation of clean room floors. By fixing and sandwiching it near various sources of vibration, it enables vibration reduction.
