【Online Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer for Semiconductor and LCD Ultra-Pure Water】 The ACCURA-R II and ACCURA-SX II can continuously and accurately measure TOC in ultra-pure and ultra-high-purity water for semiconductors. 【Online Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer for Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Water】 The ACCURA-H II is designed based on the validation concepts of USP/EP to fully utilize the expected functions of various manufacturing facilities. Continuous monitoring of TOC is an essential condition in modern high-throughput production processes. T&C Technical has been developing continuous measurement technology for this purpose for the past 20 years and has provided its benefits to many customers both domestically and internationally. From a single case, all design and development are done domestically, with meticulous attention to detail characteristic of Japan in everything from firmware to hardware. We maintain stable quality control unique to domestic production for the sensing units, which are the lifeblood of the measuring instruments, as well as for the consumables essential for long-term use. T and C Technical has been engaged in the sale of water quality measurement instruments (such as conductivity and resistivity meters) since its establishment in 1988, and has been providing service operations to guarantee their quality for over a quarter of a century. At the beginning of our business, we focused on the quality of ultra-pure water, which is essential for semiconductor manufacturing, and established a method for our representatives to visit customers on-site to perform maintenance, inspection, and calibration of water quality measurement instruments, becoming the first in Japan to do so. In 1993, we began the development and sale of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzers, which are important indicators for ensuring the quality of ultra-pure water. Since then, our TOC analyzers have been utilized by customers in various industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages. In recent years, we have been engaged in the sale and maintenance inspection of various measurement instruments related to our specialty area of "water," and we aim to contribute to labor-saving and cost reduction in our customers' equipment operations through these efforts.
