■Features ● The feed opening is low, making it easy to work with. ● The motor is controlled by an inverter, gradually increasing the rotation speed, so it does not damage the crops. (Maximum rotation 400 RPM) ● When the lid is opened, the limit switch activates and stops the rotation, allowing for safe use. ● A drainage hose (1.5M) is included, enabling indoor operation. ● The dehydration tank is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and hygienic. ■Operating Instructions ● Place the grains in the included strainer basket (Sekisui #35), set it, and securely fit the sponge and sponge holder. ● Press the RUN button to start dehydration. (For edamame, dehydrate for about 1 to 2 minutes.) ● Press the STOP button to end dehydration, and after confirming that the rotation has stopped, remove the strainer basket.
