We have prepared Aac detection kits that allow testing from cultured strains (colonies). A great campaign is currently underway!
This product is a kit for testing pathogens (TYLCV, Aac, MYSV) using antibodies through a gold colloid immunochromatography method, designed to examine suspected infected areas. The Aac detection kit also allows testing from cultured strains (colonies). A sample of the test specimen and the extracted liquid are dropped onto the test strip, with the required time for results being 15 to 30 minutes for TYLCV and MYSV, and 10 to 15 minutes for Aac. ★ Due to popular demand, the campaign period has been extended! Until the end of March 2022, 10,000 yen per kit. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Tomato yellow leaf curl virus ■ Bacterial fruit blotch of cucurbit vegetables ■ Melon yellowing virus * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Principle】 (1) When a test sample containing pathogens is dropped onto the test strip, the sample spreads, and a complex is formed between the pathogens and gold colloid-labeled antibodies. (2) The complex moves along the test strip and is captured by immobilized antibodies, resulting in the appearance of a reddish-purple test line. (3) If no pathogens are present, no complex is formed, and the test line will not be visible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In recent years, advancements in molecular biology have led to remarkable progress in research such as the determination of the complete genome sequences of organisms and subsequent gene function analysis. Along with these technological advancements, molecular biological techniques such as nucleotide sequence analysis, real-time PCR, and DNA chips have become widely utilized in the field of food analysis. Since its establishment in 2001, Fasmak Co., Ltd. has been developing technologies for the "Japanese Standard Analysis Method" for genetically modified foods and food allergens in collaboration with related agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The developed testing technologies are provided not only in Japan but also in the United States, China, and other countries. Additionally, Fasmak has been actively engaged in international standardization activities for "food inspection methods using molecular biological techniques" since its establishment, and its technical capabilities are internationally recognized. Furthermore, in partnership with Eurofins Scientific, one of the world's largest testing companies, Fasmak is advancing the introduction of the high technical capabilities possessed by the Eurofins Group. Moving forward, Fasmak will continue to provide world-class new testing technologies to everyone.
