A device that can achieve stable surface finishing under various work conditions has been newly released in a compact and energy-efficient design!
Our company manufactures and sells a "super finishing device" that achieves stable surface finishing by polishing while winding roll film coated with abrasive particles. We are excited to announce the addition of a 'new unit' to our lineup! We are currently conducting final checks, but we would like to introduce some of its features ahead of the launch. 【Specifications (compared to our SP-50 model)】 Size: L610×W324×H297mm (approximately 26% reduction in volume, height reduced by 86mm) Weight: 32kg (20% reduction) Power consumption: 36Wh (approximately 45% reduction) Air consumption: 2.5L/min *Please feel free to contact us for more details.

basic information
What is film-based super finishing? It is a technology that uses "film polishing materials" to achieve uniform thickness and finish polishing of various materials such as iron, aluminum, ceramics, and resins. 【Features of Film-Based Super Finishing Equipment】 ■ No wear of abrasive particles or changes in polishing pressure, allowing for easy operation and uniform surface finishing ■ Capable of meeting roughness requirements down to Ra 0.02 microns ■ Lightweight and compact, easy to attach and detach, can be mounted on existing equipment ■ Roll film has excellent strength and allows for automatic feeding ■ Compatible with integration into automated lines ■ Low polishing pressure generates minimal heat, making it unlikely to create a transformed layer on the surface of the workpiece ■ The film carries away polishing dust, preventing dust dispersion ■ Water-soluble coolant eliminates concerns about dirt and flammability

Our company was founded in 1951 in Kobana, Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, with the aim of precision machining of small parts using Swiss-made small precision automatic lathes as the core. Currently, we operate with a four-factory system in Osaka and Hyogo Prefectures. At the time of our founding, we specialized in parts machining, but since the machining equipment necessary for parts processing was predominantly foreign-made and very expensive, we decided to develop our own cam-type automatic lathe, which led to the birth of our precision division. We also manufacture cutting tools in-house, creating unique strengths that extend beyond parts machining to include tool design and the use of our own dedicated machines. We have two divisions: the machine tool division and the parts division. In the "Parts Division," we perform high-precision and complex precision machining using our unique machining and management technologies, ensuring that we can meet a wide range of customer requests from prototyping to mass production under a highly reliable quality assurance system. In the "Machine Tool Division," we design machine tools and utilize a super finishing machine called the "Super Finisher" using a film method, widely accommodating ultra-fine machining of parts that require high performance and high efficiency, from standard machines to dedicated machines.
