"Direct Carburizing" is a completely new concept of carburizing method that combines gas carburizing and vacuum technology. It enables carburizing of fine pores and high-concentration carburizing. There is no grain boundary oxidation (oxidation of surface alloy components). Additionally, it can achieve inline processing in manufacturing plants.
