Regarding the national character of Indonesians, Mr. Helizar says, "There are many bright and kind people." Due to religious teachings, it seems that many people treat their elders kindly. Additionally, I was told that "Islamic prayers can be organized in such a way that they do not interfere with work." Although there are usually five prayers a day, it seems that they can be consolidated into three: morning, noon, and evening. Foreign technical intern trainees working in Japan are valuing both their own culture and religion as well as their work in Japan by making such adjustments.
