We would like to introduce a case study of a customer who manufactures and sells resins used for insulation materials, who has implemented our rotary and orbital mixer. The company has been using the "Awatori Neritaro AR-250" almost daily at full capacity for over 10 years in the stirring and degassing process, which is one of the steps in resin manufacturing. Recently, they decided to use it in a different process involving a high-viscosity resin and tried it in-house, but they experienced increased vibrations compared to the conventional materials, leading to frequent overheating of the device's motor. As a solution, they introduced two new products for the new materials: the successor to the AR-250, the "Awatori Neritaro ARE-310," and the "E Netsu Samashi."
