We would like to introduce a case study of a customer involved in the research and development of heat-dissipating ceramic materials who adopted our rotational and orbital mixer. The company had been mixing materials primarily by hand, but they were unable to achieve satisfactory results when mixing large amounts of powder with a high-viscosity binder. Therefore, we demonstrated the conditions using a large amount of powder that could not be mixed by hand. As a result, what previously took several hours to achieve a satisfactory state was transformed into a uniform ceramic slurry in just a few minutes. Since the device settings can be registered in memory according to material conditions, reproducibility is also high, leading to the adoption of the "Awatori Neritaro ARE-310 (atmospheric pressure type)."
