We are also skilled at soldering challenging components such as 0603 size chips and connectors with narrow lead pitches. We achieve precise soldering while observing through a stereo microscope. Sometimes, we skillfully use two soldering irons to replace components like chips and SOPs. For the installation of IC components that cannot be mounted with a soldering iron, we can perform the work under conditions similar to reflow soldering by combining hot air equipment with a bottom preheat device. Additionally, by selecting hot air nozzles tailored to the shape of the target components, we can minimize thermal stress on other components while removing and installing parts.
