It enables uniform processing over a large area, achieving excellent surface accuracy and thickness tolerances, and can be applied to a wide range of plastics. ■Examples of Solutions for Cutting Processing Issues■ - Difficulty achieving flatness, warping occurs → Our unique processing method minimizes warping! - Want to reduce labor hours during mass production → Processing can be done at once over a large area, reducing the effort for primary processing! This is particularly effective during mass production or when processing large workpieces. - Parts are wobbly during assembly, requiring many adjustments → Aligning the base plate thickness prevents positional shifts in secondary processing and beyond!
