Bending tests can be conducted with a stable bending radius! It is possible to achieve bending tests without tensile load.
We would like to introduce a durability testing device that continuously bends and twists samples according to pre-set testing conditions. The self-supporting durability testing machine 'TC111L-TFB', suitable for tension-free bending tests, enables bending tests without applying tensile loads to the samples using weights. By connecting the clamps at both ends of the sample with a rope, when the clamp of the durability testing drive section swings, the other clamp slides in coordination. 【Features】 ■ Bending tests can be conducted without applying tensile loads to the samples. ■ The bending angle can be set arbitrarily between 0° and ±180°, and the bending speed can be set between 5 to 90 cycles per minute. ■ By removing the tension-free testing jig and attaching the standard vibration stop jig, it can be used for standard swing bending R tests. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * An English version of the catalog is also available for download.
