A "measuring instrument" that allows for easy adjustment of angle misalignment by simply "turning the motor by hand."
RM-100
Are you spending time adjusting the mounting angle of the motor and resolver? Solve it with the 'Resometer', which is portable and can achieve precision adjustments in as little as one minute!
Are you spending time and effort on resolver phase alignment during motor development, manufacturing lines, and motor repair and maintenance? With the 'Resometer,' you can easily measure the phase difference between the motor and resolver just by turning the motor, allowing for precise adjustments in a short time. Additionally, it helps reduce unnecessary costs associated with development, manufacturing, maintenance, and upkeep! 【Recommended for those who:】 ■ Are manually adjusting motor data while looking at an oscilloscope… ■ Are spending time arranging and preparing jigs, drive motors, control panels, and monitor screens… ■ Want anyone to be able to measure angular displacement without knowledge of resolvers… and more Its compact size makes it easy to carry, allowing you to measure even large motors at their location. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
