Thermo Scientific Nalgene micro-packaging vials are low-extraction vials made from high-purity resin and do not have O-rings, eliminating concerns about contamination of the contents. ■ Achieves a leak-proof structure* by using the vial body in combination with separately sold caps ■ Conducted leak-proof tests at 7.5 psig, making them suitable for air transport ■ Made from high-quality resin compliant with USP Class VI ■ RNase/DNase free, non-pyrogenic ■ The absence of O-rings reduces the risk of detachment and contamination of contents ■ Available in sterilized (gamma sterilization, some electron beam sterilization) and non-sterilized options Some products are not available in non-sterilized versions. ■ Sterilized products achieve a sterilization level of SAL 10^-6 ■ Can be used as centrifuge containers (repeated use is not recommended) ■ Caps sold separately (high-profile PPCO / low-profile PPCO / HDPE) ■ Caps available in various colors (red, blue, etc.) *Leak-proof test: For cap systems of bottles/flasks/funnels with a cap diameter of less than 100 mm, water is filled and then inverted, and after being left for 2 minutes at an air pressure of 2 psig, there should be no water leakage.
