Automated cardboard box packing robot for food pouches! It performed pouch detection and packing using vision tracking, starting from folding the cardboard flaps.
We would like to introduce our achievements based on the requests we have received so far. We have implemented a "pouch box packing machine" at Company A in Akashi City. This machine uses three robots to perform the flap folding operation of cardboard coming from the case erector, suction of pouches flowing from a separate line through vision tracking, packing into cardboard boxes, and feeding cushioning materials, before sending it to the case sealing machine line.
